We believe in 'enabling' our clients to deliver more effective testing and realise the associated benefits. Through a combination of our Practical Training and Mentoring services we provide either individuals or teams with the capability and 'toolkit' to enhance their own testing knowledge to the benefit of your projects.
Team Mentoring
Our mentoring service is based on the principles of listening, supporting and advising. You know your organisations and culture better than we do and so we are here to enhance and complement what your team delivers.
Test Management Coaching
You may have staff whom you wish to progress to Test Manager level but do not wish to take such a risk on a live project. With the assistance of one of our experienced consultants you can remove that risk and at the same time provide a development opportunity for your staff. We will provide guidance and direction, act as a review point and sounding board and generally support the individual to allow them to step into their new role with confidence.
Testing Challenge Sessions
Our Testing Challenge Sessions are designed to stimulate thought to allow customers to decide what techniques may be beneficial for their needs.
