Edge Testing chosen as host employer/workplace mentor to support UWS’s Apprentice Showcase event

Edge is delighted to be chosen as host employer/workplace mentor to support University of West Scotland’s Apprentice Showcase event at their new Lanarkshire Campus.
The event provides an opportunity for the final year IT:Software Development Graduate Apprentices to make short presentations showcasing their research projects before an invited audience comprising their employers/workplace mentors, 1st/2nd year apprentices and other invited employers interested in finding out more about the Graduate Apprentices programme.
Liam Rankine, Service Delivery Director and Jacqui McLean, Resourcing Manager from Edge will be there to answer questions on graduate recruitment, placements, training, development and give advice on how to find work opportunities.

Our Edge Academy
Edge set up the Academy in 2013, which is a learning program that combines hands on experience with classroom based software testing training at Edge’s various office locations. Classroom based training includes preparation for ISTQB certification, fundamentals of software testing, understanding requirements and technical skills.
